I ate the first can straight and it was good, but not great. With the other cans I'm going to make lobster pie and lobster roll.
Magnificent! Kinda expensive though. I don’t buy it as often as I’d like, but as often as I can afford it. With some good toasted bread, sea salt and some butter and chives, it’s heavenly.
