Our Scout Smoked 4-pack has the perfect mix: 2 cans of our Smoked Wild Pink Salmon caught off the shores of Alaska and 2 cans of our Smoked Wild Albacore Tuna from the Pacific Northwest. Our smoked fish is lightly smoked, first by being cured overnight with a blend of salt and sugar which is rinsed off the following day and air-dried before being gently smoked with Canadian hardwood.
